Well, here I am again! I'm going to give this another shot! Getting
ready for big time races next year and hopefully I can get Boston
Qualifier easy, a Kona qualifier and maybe even a Western States
qualifier. Luckily I am in the midst of other similarly insane people
who wont scoff too much at these goals, because I know they are all
possible! Morning: Tempo Bike- 2x10min, 4x5min. 23mph avg
Afternoon: Run- 10 min WU, 20 min tempo at 6:58 pace Night: Strength- Back, shoulders, chest, core.
