ran St. George. Goal was 3:10 to qualify. Ran with the pace team through 19, then i fell behind. Felt good through 15. 16 started to notice new calf pain. 16-23 was the race pretty much for me, was about 300 yards back from the pace team, threw in some mini surges down the hills but couldnt catch up. 24-26 was pretty dead, pace slowed down. Finished in 3:09:01. The altitude was the biggest advantage, the first few uphills were ok. downhills were nice for lungs but the pounding took its toll. Going to Boston!
