12 miles through the desert trails outside zion national park. It was amazing but my trail running skills are essentially akin to me running down the train tracks towards inevitable injury. i land so hard. I messed up my ankle on this run forsure, so i need to change some things up. After messing up my ankles 4 miles out, I ran back and it started feeling better. I then got lost, but I knew I was close to the car so I didn't worry to much, ended up going 12 total. then I soaked in the Virgin river, which really really helped the stiffness I have been having in my right calf. |
