5 miles on our treadmill that won't go lower than 1.5 incline. Its epic. It was too much so i just got off and ran outside in the snow and I felt amazingly strong for 5.I don't know, probably the low milage last week and the Virgin river soak relieved all the soreness in my legs. It must have just been that sore lower right leg. some quad pain, and that left foot pain that is most likely a stress fracture, but overall really good. One mile in 6:20
