AM: infinitely more kind to me than yesterday. I ate some sugary food instead of running 10 on an empty stomach and the lack of the afternoon 5 yesterday helped. Ran near negative and almost had it in me for a 3 mile tempo at the end, but almost doesn't build fitness.
PM: PM: Felt so good. Turned it into more of tempo run 3+ miles at sub 7 pace. How am I running 10-15 miles a day and staying fat? remarkable |
