10- "easy" on treadmill. The treadmill never got used since yesterday, so my 10 miles from then were still on it. The calorie counter ( inaccurate) went to 999 and re set three times in two days haha, and the clock went to 90:00 and rolled back to zero again. I beat the treadmill, or at least this sketchy hotel one haha How i got up for this workout before 6 AM is beyond me. |
