I'm riding this line between serious injury and insignificant pain that is plaguing me right now. Probable stress fracture in my foot and a really tight lower right leg. I'll try and ice more, self massage and ibuprofen.

Injuries are no fun! I can't believe you ran 11.5 today on a stress fracture! I have had three. I ran eight on the last one and was in pain the whole time. I couldn't put any pressure on my foot for two weeks after that. Decided it was time to go to the orthopedic foot doc again. Hope your foot is just sore! It is hard to stay away from running!

Thankyou so much for the comment. From what your experience was with having a stress fracture, I can infer my foot could very well just be sore from increasing my mileage. I am still able to finish most of my workouts fine. I hope you are healing/ healed too : )
